monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting and remote
upgrade functionality you need to maintain and
optimize the health of VoIP services – even if you have
to manage Tenor switches that are behind NAT firewalls.
The Remote Management Session Server resides either
on the public IP network, or within the DMZ behind a
firewall, and upon request, sets up a secure management
channel between the configuration and management
platform, and a Tenor Switch that is securely located
behind a NAT firewall, with either a static or dynamic IP
address.

Scalable
The Remote Management Session Server can register up to
5,000 remote devices, and can enable management of up
to 100 Tenors simultaneously.

Tenors can be remotely managed via telnet, FTP or through
Quintum's own graphical Tenor Configuration Manager.

Each Tenor switch can be registered with two separate
Remote Management Session Servers to provide redundancy.
